Due to the nature of the goods we produce, most of our goods are custom made and therefore excluded from return, acordingly to the consumers rights rules.​

BUT we will ofcause always try to rectify by altering what is wrong, even if we are not at fault - we aim for happy customers and good relations. though the reutrn to us will in these cases be on your on expence.​

Your cover will last longer if you:

-Attach "pipe insulation" onto the frame of the trailer, it will make the cover sit more snug and minimise the wear.

- Always tie the cover down before transport.

- Always dry the cover before folding if you atore it away.

- Alwayskeep sharp items away from the cover.

- The cover last longer and not fate as quick if it is stored inside when not in use.
