SHIPPING POLICY
COVERS:
We are working hard to keep our own goal of dispatching our Trailer covers within 7 working days , and we do If the material is in stock , Otherwise it will be an extra 7 days, from Confirmed order/payment. - If your cover is more urgent please ask and we may be able to ship sooner.

PRODUCTION / OTHER CUSTOM MADE ITEMS :
We will always agree on a deadline when quoting for one of these jobs and we will always work hard to keep the deadlines - it is part of our quality.
We can not be responsible for delays caused by post, weather, suppliers, customs or any other circumstances beyond our control. We do promise that we will always keep you informed and updated.

STOCKED PRODUCTS:
We ship straight away,, once the order is placed and paid for.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the goods we produce, most of our goods are custom made and therefore excluded from return, in accordance with the consumer rights rules.

If for reason of the ordered item not fitting correctly we will always try to rectify by altering, where practicably possible, what is wrong, even if we are not at fault.
We aim for happy customers and good relations. If any fault or alteration is not of our doing you the customer, client, will be liable for full cost of postage and alterations. However, at times we may consider reducing or waving such costs. This will form part of any contract or order or service we provide at any time we enter into.

STOCKED PRODUCTS:
Return acording to Law, is 14 days - either to exchange or getting refund. Please send Us an email if you want to return.
